We aim to cover all your chimney needs from :-

Sweeping :- Open fires, Arga's, Rayburns to the specialist cleaning of wood / multi fuel stoves.

Sweeping is carried out using the traditional brushes and vacuum.The fire place is sealed off so theres no mess.

For the specialist cleaning of wood / multifuel stoves, specialy designed flexable rods with spiral brushes are used , this is to ensure no damage is done to the inside of the liner.

Why is it important to have your chimney / flue swept ?

Regular sweeping reduces the risk of :-

The build up of dangerous emissions ( Carbon Monoxide ) from partial or complete blockage of the chimney / flue.Also to stop the build up of soot and tar / bitumen which is the major source of chimney fires.

It is recommened by Hetas, and the solid fuel assosiation that chimneys are swept at least :-

Once per year for coal,gas, and oil appliances

For woodburning and multi fuel stoves it is reccomended that the flue is swept twice per year or quarterly.
